In consideration for gaining membership, being permitted to participate in activities and using the equipment and facilities of Sailing On WA Inc, I hereby release and discharge Sailing On WA Inc and it’s officers and employees from any liability for injury or damage caused while involved in any activity or using any equipment supplied by Sailing On. I hereby apply to become a member of Sailing On WA Inc and agree to abide by its Constitution, Codes, Policies, Procedures and Directions.
